The Unterlehehnhof is an old traditional mountain farm, which is maintained carefully by its owners. It is situated at about 1000 m above sea level in the Rohrberg district, in a quiet and sunny hillside location with a wonderful view of the market town of Zell am Ziller and the Zillertal.

We offer you three holiday apartments for up to 10 people, where you can enjoy your holiday in the Zillertal. The location of our farm is ideal for excursions to the Zillertal Arena with its spruce castle, spruce lake and numerous hiking and biking tours by bike or e-bike.

The farm is located on the small mountain road that leads from Zell (5 km) to the middle station of the Karspitzbahn / Rosenalmbahn (4 km, large parking lot). There is a ski bus stop directly at the house, use of which is free of charge for skiers. For experienced skiers, the downhill run to the house is possible with appropriate snow conditions.

The drive down to the valley takes about 10 minutes. There you will find the leisure park Zell with adventure swimming pool, miniature golf course, tennis hall, bowling alleys, artificial ice skating rink, and much more.

Snow chains may be necessary for the access to the house in winter.

Tyrolean specialities
Farm products like bread, butter, eggs, honey, jam and Schnaps can be bought directly from us, your hosts.

In our own distillery, you can taste and buy excellent Zillertal spirits.

We are happy to offer you fresh bread for breakfast.

There is a ski boot room with ski boot dryer, making sure your ski boots or hiking boots will be dry again the next day.

2-3 sledges for a toboggan ride are available and can be rented.

Your car can be safely parked during your stay with us at the large car park near the house.
